RETURN, REFUNDS, DISCREPANCIES POLICIES

We do not accept returns or give refunds on our work unless other arrangements have been made in your proposal / contract.  A contract or proposal are provided to protect both the buyer and seller.  We ask that you read it carefully.

FIREWOOD POLICY: If you have a discrepency in quality or quantity of firewood that you have recieved you must notify us by email within 48 hours of recieving your firewood for us to be able to rectify the situation.
